We have a small mixed  orchard of just over one hundred trees, planted since 2012.  Our aim is to produce the best fruit we can from our orchard.  Some of this fruit we sell on the road side, some of this fruit we use to produce a range of alcoholic drinks.  Alongside this we produce Mead.  We don’t sell any of the drinks and won’t unless we decide its worth jumping through all the relevant hoops.  The purpose of this website is primarily to gauge interest in that possibility
